Security-as-a-Service (SECaaS) Provider My Digital Shield Closes $300,000 in Second Seed Round
The funding will boost channel partner marketing and support, as well as product development efforts

The funding was led by a group of private investors, including Litera Investments. MDS raised the first seed round of $500,000 in July 2014, bringing its total raised to $800,000.
The new funding will further expand the company’s channel partner marketing and support and bolster its product development efforts. Founded in 2013 to bring affordable, enterprise-level security technology to the small business, MDS quickly grew its customer base through a certified channel partnership program. MDS’ partnership program allows value-added resellers (VARs), solution providers, and managed service providers (MSPs) to strengthen their security offerings and expand their sales network for growth and profitability.
